Vouchers altered, damaged and defaced will not be accepted. Tokens re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than The Ullesthorpe Court Hotel  or one of its agents will be void. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for money or be refunded. This voucher is only valid for the product or service stated, and will expire on the date stated. Where the face value of the voucher is not used in full for experience gifts, no change will be given nor can the voucher be part used except in the case of monetary value gift vouchers as they can be part redeemed. The cash value of this voucher is 0.000001p. Vouchers must be presented upon redemption and will be retained by The Ullesthorpe Court Hotel.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
