Vouchers altered, damaged and defaced will not be accepted. Tokens re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than The Ullesthorpe Court Hotel  or one of its agents will be void. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for money or be refunded. This voucher is only valid for the product or service stated, and will expire on the date stated. Where the face value of the voucher is not used in full for experience gifts, no change will be given nor can the voucher be part used except in the case of monetary value gift vouchers as they can be part redeemed. The cash value of this voucher is 0.000001p. Vouchers must be presented upon redemption and will be retained by The Ullesthorpe Court Hotel.  Your statutory rights are not affected. Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via the Ullesthorpe Court Hotel payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.
